It is intended to define matters.

Our store is hosted on AWS, and we provide e-commerce services through WooCommerce on WordPress.

The Mall does not guarantee that the results obtained through the use of the Services will be accurate.
Users agree that they may suspend or terminate the service indefinitely without notice.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your use or discontinuation of the Services.
The mall’s liability in any jurisdiction for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the content posted or transmitted through the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Article 13 (Possibility of Separation)
Even if these Terms are determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and any unenforceable provision shall be deemed sever from these Terms. All other provisions remain in effect.
Article 14 (Termination)
Your obligations and liabilities that arose prior to the date of termination shall survive termination of this Agreement.

– 거짓 또는 오해의 소지가 있는 정보를 제출하는 행위
– 서비스에 대해 어떠한 방법으로든 영향을 줄 수 있는 바이러스 악성코드 등의 모든 온라인적 행위
– 다른 사람의 개인 정보를 수집하거나 추적하는 행위
– 서비스의 보안에 악영향을 주는 행위
– 외설적이거나 부도덕적인 행위
제12조(책임의 제한)
몰은 서비스가 중단되지않고 안전하며, 오류가 없을 것이라고 보증하지 않습니다.
몰은 서비스 사용을 통해 얻을 수 있는 결과가 정확하다고 보증하지 않습니다.
이용자는 별도의 통지없이 무기한으로 서비스를 중단하거나 종료할 수 있음에 동의합니다.
이용자는 서비스의 사용 또는 중지에 대한 책임이 전적으로 이용자가 있음에 동의합니다.
서비스를 통해 게시, 전송되는 콘텐츠의 사용으로 인해 발생하는 모든 종류의 손해에 대해 관할 구역에서 몰의 책임은 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위로 제한됩니다.
제13조(분리 가능성)
본 약관이 불법, 무효 또는 집행불가능한 것으로 결정되더라도 해당 조항은 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위까지 집행할 수 있으며, 집행 불가능한 조항은 본 약관에서 분리된 것으로 간주됩니다. 그 외의 조항은 유효합니다.
제14조(해지)
해지 날짜 이전에 발생한 이용자의 의무와 책임은 본 계약이 해지된 후에도 지속됩니다.
